Responsibilities
Understand the business strategies and drivers underlying our medicines for the treatment of serious mental illness, sleep disorders and our emerging neuroscience pipeline
Translate those drivers into data generation plans across our programs and disease areas of interest
Effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues within Medical Affairs and key cross-functional partners (e.g., Commercial, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Biostatistics, Program Management, Government Affairs, Business Development)
Frequently represent the function to senior management and the company to healthcare professionals
Qualification
Required
MD degree
Experience in Medical Affairs
Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers in the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to translate business drivers into data generation plans
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional partners such as Commercial, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Biostatistics, Program Management, Government Affairs, and Business Development
Ability to represent the function to senior management and healthcare professionals
