Calibration Technician II
Blue Origin is a company focused on developing reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems. The Calibration Technician II will work with the calibration engineer to ensure measurement and test equipment used for building space vehicles and rocket engines are calibrated on schedule.

Responsibilities
Perform calibration of measurement & test equipment in a lab environment
Manage calibration work queues to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
Assess calibration documentation provided by 3rd party vendors for compliance
Maintain physical and digital organization of work to ensure efficiency in the calibration lab
Utilize multiple data systems to determine and fulfill customer requirements
Maintain accuracy of calibrated item data & status
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in Calibration
HS Diploma and calibration related technical training
Familiarity with the operation of measurement and test equipment
Comfortable utilizing a computer to maintain, organize & track technical information
Preferred
Military PMEL or Post-Secondary metrology training
Experience with industry calibration standards (ANSI NCSL Z540.3, ISO/IEC 17025)
Experience with industry quality and configuration control system methodologies (AS9100, ISO:9001)
Experience developing, operating and maintaining calibration systems & procedures
Experience in customer service
