They are seeking an Environmental Scientist/Project Manager to manage environmental site assessment, remediation, and re-use planning projects, including technical task management and business development support.

Responsibilities

Project management for environmental site assessment, remediation, and re-use planning projects

Technical task management for due diligence assessments, environmental investigations, and remedial feasibility studies

Support design and bid specification development of environmental remediation projects

Data synthesis, evaluation, and technical reporting

Support business development and proposal preparation including preparing detailed scopes of work and cost budgets

Environmental SciencePhase I Environmental Site AssessmentsProject ManagementOhio VAP KnowledgeTechnical WritingCommunication Skills

Required

B.S. or M.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field

At least 8 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or regulatory work

Expertise in completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM International Standard Practice E1527-21

Knowledge of Ohio's Voluntary Action Program (VAP) and Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) rules, regulations, and guidance

Ability to interpret site plans and physical setting maps

Strong communication and technical writing skills
