We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for our medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability while identifying opportunities for product improvements.

Responsibilities

Advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on all Leo Cancer Care products
Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues. Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers. Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service reports and internal service records promptly
Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated
Identify Sales opportunities and communicate with the sales team, and assist in the growth and direction of business in his/her geographic area
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area
Responsible for Warranty and Service Agreement cost control
Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of Field Change Orders (FCOs) and Planned Maintenance (PM) inspections documentation for assigned accounts
Teach and assist other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting and technical fixes, and play a leading role in complex and multifunctional system fixes
Installation: Plays a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms

Required

Experienced
A good understanding of a service operation
Good external customer-facing skills
Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
An effective team player, able to use expert knowledge to influence and provide guidance to the business
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent trouble-shooting skills
Willing to work regular and non-normal hours as required to support customers
Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously as required
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A valid driving license is required
Able to travel internationally

Preferred

Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) preferred
Experience with medical devices such as Linear and Proton accelerators, MRI, CT or similar modalities an advantage
Experience working with Salesforce is beneficial
