Business Development - AVP, Business Development Manager
Mission Fed Credit Union is looking for a dynamic AVP, Business Development Manager to drive member acquisition, strengthen partnerships, and lead a high-performing team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development to make a significant impact in the community.

Responsibilities
Lead and coach a talented Business Development team and branch partners to achieve ambitious growth goals
Build strong relationships with nonprofits, schools, and business partners to expand Mission Fed’s presence and impact
Develop innovative strategies to attract new members and deepen existing relationships
Represent Mission Fed at community events, fostering trust and financial wellness
Collaborate across departments to align initiatives with organizational priorities
Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accountability and success
Qualification
Required
Proven Leader: 3+ years of management experience with a track record of motivating teams and driving results
Business Development Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or community engagement
Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and execute growth strategies while adapting to change
Excellent Communicator: Skilled at presenting to diverse audiences and building lasting partnerships
Preferred
Financial industry experience and knowledge of sales pipelines
