Responsibilities
Serve as the primary partner to Sales for deal structuring, pricing guidance, and contract readiness across new business and expansions
Review deal terms for accuracy, compliance, and margin impact, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guardrails
Manage the quote-to-contract workflow, including approvals, documentation, and coordination across Sales, Finance, and Legal
Maintain and improve deal desk processes, templates, and playbooks to support high-volume deal flow and reduce friction for reps
Analyze deal trends, discount patterns, and commercial risks to provide insights that support revenue strategy and leadership decision-making
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical function
An understanding of SaaS commercial motions, pricing, quoting, and contract workflows for a variety of deal structures
High attention to detail with the ability to manage many deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (required) with the ability to navigate DealHub CPQ, approval workflows, and opportunity management best practices
Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; able to balance rep enablement with operational and financial discipline
