Responsibilities
Partner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streams
Provide support and build strong relationships with current and new remittance agents
Monitor and negotiate day-to-day foreign exchange (FX) rates, commissions and customer fees to increase volume transactions
Perform regular market analysis on remittance competitor rates and pricing
Facilitate exchange rate changes as suggested and requested by remittance agents
Support agents with transactions and provide resolutions to maximize customer satisfaction
Strive to generate and increase transactions to maximize revenue
Qualification
Required
4 or more years of Outside Sales experience
Must be bilingual English/Brazilian Portuguese (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus)
Analytical and mathematical reasoning
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
Create approach to decision making and escalation when needed
Preferred
Bachelors or Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business or related fields
