Director, Partnerships

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners. The Director, Partnerships will oversee the partnership lifecycle and drive growth through partnerships and market expansion, working directly with company leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial discussions to contract negotiation and implementation
Manage and prioritize relationships across all partnership categories, including Product, Go-to-Market, and Implementation partnerships
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive successful partner activation and integrated go-to-market strategies
Support in developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and licensing models, ensuring alignment with company goals
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnership and alliances initiatives
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company strategy

Required

8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, with a track record of driving growth and market expansion, preferably within professional services verticals (e.g. CPA, Legal, and Consulting firms)
Demonstrated experience supporting or operating within an enterprise sales motion, including partnering with sales teams, navigating complex buying cycles, and engaging with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Experience evaluating market trends and competitive dynamics in support of growth initiatives - understanding of Audit & Advisory trends within CPA landscape a plus
Strategic planner with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth environment, with exposure to building or scaling a partnerships function
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
