Senior Account Executive, Non-Acute
Vizient, Inc. is a group purchasing powerhouse that focuses on delivering low prices and alleviating supply chain complexity for its members. In this role, you will manage the growth of Non-Acute Account Management for current customers, collaborating with supply partners and internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement non-acute sales initiatives within defined territory and achieve individual and team sales and revenue goals
Promote and assist participants with the onboarding and ongoing account management of Provista’s non-acute programs
Develop and manage relationships directly with customers along with non-acute suppliers, distributors within defined territory
Work with provider leadership across all Spend Management categories, to understand priorities and build a workplan that aligns Vizient solutions to help solve problems
Drive value and grow the provider relationship through maximization of revenue growth
Engage as a key participant in the development and execution of account plans, project plans and work plans by facilitating a collaborative process between provider stakeholders and Vizient resources
Conduct business reviews with supply chain, their executive leadership and other stakeholders to communicate roadmap progress, value delivered and future opportunities
Maintain all sales activity within Salesforce.com
Develop a diverse non acute pipeline 10x growth goals
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables
Preferred
Relevant degree preferred
Experience in a sales and/or account management role strongly preferred
A growth mindset with strong consultative selling, analytical and customer service skills preferred
Knowledge of healthcare, GPO/supply chain, and non-acute market preferred
