Deliver administrative and patient care assistance across various ambulatory practices
Facilitate patient flow within the clinic, from registration to discharge
Collaborate with the Ambulatory Care clinic team to ensure efficient outpatient operations that enhance patient satisfaction
Provide support to different teams and practices to cover for staff absences due to illness, holidays, or leave
Travel to all UCLA Community practices throughout the greater Southern California area
Respond rapidly to urgent situations in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum requirement of 40 hours per week
Flexibility to travel to all UCLA Community practices throughout the greater Southern California area
Ability to respond rapidly to urgent situations in a dynamic environment
Experience in delivering administrative and patient care assistance
Ability to facilitate patient flow within the clinic, from registration to discharge
Collaboration skills to work with the Ambulatory Care clinic team
