Senior Director Marketing Strategy and Operations

The Senior Director of Marketing, Chief of Staff will support the CMO’s vision by developing long-term strategic planning processes and implementing key marketing initiatives while ensuring project completion across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a framework & cadence for multi-year brand plan strategies
Support the marketing organization in the roll-out of a strategic planning framework
Work with the global marketing team to build marketing capabilities within our team
Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to generate insights for the development of portfolio strategy
Lead the development of strategic and creative presentations for senior leadership audiences in support of the CMO
Manage agency partner relationships
Lead work streams and collaborate with creative agencies, co-pack team, manufacturing and finance. Deliverables include business models, financial analysis, internal synthesis & communication documents, etc
Proactively scan the marketplace and industry for areas of competitive improvement such as innovation trends, and marketing

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
A minimum of 10 years' experience in related field (CPG Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation, Management Consulting)
Experience in leading cross-functional teams to results
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities as needed, and meet deadlines
Ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels
Excellent written, oral, and formal communication skills
Situational Adaptability: Adapts approach and attitude in real time according to the changing demands of different situations
Manages Ambiguity: Operations effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
Drives Engagement: Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
