Marketing Manager - B2B & Digital
Stratfield Consulting is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their purpose-driven marketing team. This role involves owning B2B and Digital marketing programs, balancing traditional marketing with digital initiatives, and working closely with the CMO to execute strategies that enhance customer relationships and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies and plans for foodservice, hospitality, and retail partners
Create customer-facing materials such as product sheets, catalogs, sell-in decks, and activation kits
Support sales teams with pitch decks, promotional tools, and channel activation programs
Manage customer communications and provide brand assets for storytelling
Craft brand messaging, marketing materials, and brand tools that bring our story to life
Collaborate on integrated campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engagement
Own marketing calendar planning and ensure timely execution of programs and campaigns
Create and manage social content across platforms
Support new product launches with go-to-market plans and promotional campaigns
Recommend pricing and packaging strategies based on market insights
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform decisions
Manage and optimize Shopify site and digital touchpoints
Execute email marketing flows, basic SEO, and paid ads as needed
Track performance metrics and apply insights to improve results
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of marketing experience with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing
Proven ability to develop B2B marketing programs and create customer-facing collateral
Experience with brand storytelling, campaign execution, and social content creation
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, email marketing tools, and basic digital analytics
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean team setting
Preferred
Beverage or CPG industry experience
Interest in leveraging AI tools for insights and digital optimization
