Responsibilities
Lead and develop an Accounting Team responsible for daily accounting operations and month-end close across multiple holding companies
Oversee preparation of financial statements under IFRS (and select GAAP entities) and coordinate consolidation activities
Manage annual internal audit processes and external audits with global and project-level auditors
Prepare consolidated financials for project and partnership entities; manage intercompany transactions
Research and document accounting treatment for development, financing, and divestiture transactions
Support Project Finance, Operations, and Asset Management with financial analysis, forecasting, funding documentation, and cost tracking
Manage tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors
Oversee AP, cash management, and billing activities
Mentor and coach junior accounting staff to strengthen team capability and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting required
10+ years of accounting experience in energy, private equity, real estate development, infrastructure, or construction
Strong experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany processes
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced skills in Excel/Microsoft tools
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion
Preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred
Experience with tax equity partnerships, acquisitions, or divestitures is a plus
Sage Intacct a plus
