Responsibilities
Design and ship user-facing products that combine AI capabilities with reliable workflows
Build APIs, data models, and frontend flows that are clear and dependable
Integrate LLM capabilities like retrieval, reconciliation, and guardrails into the product
Write code that's structured so AI agents can understand and work with it
Write clear project scopes and architecture docs
Build, test, and monitor your systems from start to finish
Track progress, identify blockers early, and measure results with data
Ship confidently with proper logging, feature flags, CI/CD, and rollback plans
Work directly with accountants and users to understand their needs
Turn what you learn into better UX and systems
Document and share your learnings to help the whole team move faster
Qualification
Required
Experience in building user-facing products that combine AI capabilities with reliable workflows
Ability to design and ship APIs, data models, and frontend flows that are clear and dependable
Experience integrating LLM capabilities like retrieval, reconciliation, and guardrails into products
Proficiency in writing code that's structured for AI agents to understand and work with
Experience in writing clear project scopes and architecture documentation
Ability to build, test, and monitor systems from start to finish
Skill in tracking progress, identifying blockers early, and measuring results with data
Experience in shipping products confidently with proper logging, feature flags, CI/CD, and rollback plans
Ability to work directly with accountants and users to understand their needs
Skill in turning learnings into better UX and systems
Experience in documenting and sharing learnings to help the team move faster
