Responsibilities

Providing consulting implementation services to clients for Imprivata Enterprise and Access Management, Oracle Health Instant Access, Identity Federation, and Citrix-based software deployments at Veterans Affairs locations
Possessing a strong understanding of Windows environments, Imprivata, and Oracle Health Instant Access
Working alongside technology architects and technology consultants to guide clients through interdependencies and decision impacts
Performing technical troubleshooting and issue resolution while escalating issues to senior members of the team as appropriate

Required

At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Science, Biomedical Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Ability to pass all federal clearance requirements to work on federal contracts
At least 4 years of experience with Single Sign-On products being deployed to Windows environments
At least 4 years of experience in consulting

Preferred

Experience with Windows-based operating systems
Experience with technical stakeholder management
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Experience with technical project management and forecasting

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
