This attorney will be responsible for managing network regulatory and compliance matters, supporting AWS’s subsea and terrestrial network transactions, and resolving legal issues that arise in commercial relationships.

Responsibilities
This attorney will support AWS's network infrastructure
This attorney will be responsible for AWS’s subsea and terrestrial network transactions and for managing network regulatory and compliance matters
This attorney will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and simplification and implementing scalable mechanisms to recognize these opportunities
This attorney will also be responsible for resolving legal issues that arise in commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
Preferred
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
