Responsibilities
Assist new clients and the existing client base
Work with clients over the phone and via email
Paperless document management, client presentation creation, problem solving, customer relations along with other general clerical duties
Work with account managers and producers to determine client quoting needs
Work with multiple insurance companies and financial institutions
Create and review client quotes, generate proposals for clients
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Client support skills
Computer skills
Energetic, motivated, and organized
High School Diploma
Ability to assist new clients and the existing client base
Ability to work with clients over the phone and via email
Experience with paperless document management
Ability to create client presentations
Problem-solving skills
Customer relations skills
Ability to perform general clerical duties
