They are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Writer Intern to support their IT team in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities
Assist in writing and editing technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and internal process documents
Collaborate with IT staff to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content
Help maintain and update documentation repositories and knowledge bases
Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and style across all documents
Participate in document reviews and incorporate feedback from subject matter experts
Support the creation of diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance documentation
Learn and apply best practices in technical writing and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., networking, software, hardware)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Google Workspace
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
