Cultivate a positive customer service experience
Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers
Support the renewal of coverage, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution
Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage
Facilitate policy binding and review
Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing
Qualification
Required
Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Active Property & Casualty License
A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position
