Process Optimization Analyst

Facilities Support Services
Responsibilities
Lead AI initiatives from concept through design, oversight, and performance evaluation
Develop intelligent workflows and advanced prompt systems using enterprise AI platforms
Architect AI-driven operational solutions across Service, Construction, and Sales
Promote responsible AI use and workflow governance
Evaluate departmental workflows to identify automation opportunities
Recommend process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency
Translate business needs into AI-enabled solution roadmaps
Assess current data flows and identify consolidation opportunities
Oversee implementation of data integrations (e.g., APIs) across platforms
Provide leadership with centralized, actionable data insights
Research emerging AI tools and enterprise platforms
Develop short- and long-term roadmaps for digital transformation
Present recommendations supported by data and business impact analysis
Advise leadership on AI adoption and process transformation
Communicate AI concepts clearly in business terms
Document best practices and support change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience in business process analysis, operations strategy, or technology consulting
Strong understanding of AI tools and automation workflows
Excellent communication and analytical skills
High integrity and accountability
Preferred
Experience applying AI/ML to real business problems
Background in digital transformation or strategic project management
Certifications in PMP, Agile, AI/ML, or analytics
Strong commitment to continued learning
