Process Optimization Analyst
DynaFire is a comprehensive partner for fire and life safety needs, and they are seeking a Process Optimization Analyst to enhance their business processes. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI and Enterprise Application Integration to automate tasks and improve decision-making through data insights.

Responsibilities
Design and deploy LLM-based agents to handle complex internal queries, data extraction, and decision-support tasks
Lead AI initiatives from concept through design, oversight, and performance evaluation
Develop intelligent workflows and advanced prompt systems using enterprise AI platforms
Evaluate departmental workflows to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency
Build and manage automated workflows between core systems
Develop integrations that pull disparate data into unified dashboards to track KPIs, identify cost-leakage, and highlight revenue opportunities
Assess current data flows, identify consolidation opportunities, and oversee the implementation of data integrations (e.g., APIs) across platforms
Provide leadership with centralized, actionable data insights and present recommendations supported by impact analysis
Ensure all software integrations are scalable, secure, and maintain data integrity across the organization
Document best practices and audit manual processes to identify bottlenecks where automation can yield the highest return
Create and maintain a standardized library of enterprise prompts to ensure consistent output across different departments
Establish guardrails for data privacy, ensuring that sensitive financial information is handled according to internal security protocols
Develop 'event-driven' architectures where a specific financial trigger (e.g., a project going over budget) automatically alerts stakeholders via AI-summarized reports
Build automated workflows that feed historical data into predictive models to forecast future net income based on current pipeline trends
Design and automate executive-level reporting that visualizes the 'Path to Profit'—showing exactly where automation is saving money
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience in business process analysis, operations strategy, or technology consulting
Strong understanding of AI tools, Generative AI agents, and automation workflows
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and connecting core systems (ERP, CRM, Project Management)
Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
High level of integrity, accountability, and business acumen regarding net income and financial KPIs
