Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality AI customizations that generate accurate, polished notes, recap emails, task lists, and meeting prep in each advisor’s unique voice and format

Meet directly with customers (financial advisors and teams) to understand their communication style, workflows, and desired outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to surface insights and guide product improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of Jump

Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers

Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
