Responsibilities

Ensure strong financial performance by applying discipline and rigor in managing departmental expenses, margins, and investments
Set ambitious goals and metrics to consistently meet or exceed production, quality, and customer expectations
Attract, develop, and retain top talent while creating a diverse and equitable team environment; provide coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to enable high performance
Drive Operational Excellence, engaging the team to identify improvements, eliminate waste, and elevate efficiency using lean and digital methodologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, EHS, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and others to optimize alignment and eliminate inefficiencies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience across Manufacturing disciplines such as EHS, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, Technology, HR, Finance, or Continuous Improvement
4+ years of direct people leadership with demonstrated success
Proven results as a Lean or Six Sigma practitioner
Preferred
Experience working in a union or works council environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
