Responsibilities

Own and govern internal processes, documentation (SOPs), and tracking tools
Drive standardization and clean-up of member and contract records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity for reporting
Gather, organize, and summarize data from internal sources to prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and visualizations
Collaborate on CHC board and internal reporting by compiling information and formatting slides and dashboards
Support internal project and meeting logistics (agendas, notes, scheduling, follow-up)
Create and refine professional, visually polished presentations and draft key communications (newsletters, member updates, team announcements)
Coordinate logistics and content preparation for internal trainings, member meetings, committee briefings, and other CHC Supply Trust events
Manage the creation, distribution, and basic analysis of internal surveys

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field
2–4 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, communications, or administrative support
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (ability to work fluidly across platforms is a must)
Strong attention to detail in documentation, formatting, and data entry
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage shifting timelines, and contribute actively to a team environment

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or member-based organizations
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
