Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join their Employee Benefits practice. The successful applicant will advise on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in M&A transactions and will have experience in designing and operating various compensation plans and agreements.
Responsibilities
Advising employee benefits/executive compensation issues in M&A transactions
Designing, drafting, and operating executive employment agreements
Creating nonqualified deferred compensation plans
Developing equity compensation plans and agreements
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of law firm experience
excellent academic credentials
strong skills in advising employee benefits/executive compensation issues in M&A transactions
experience in designing, drafting, and operating executive employment, nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation plans and agreements
Bar membership
