Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement CNC laser programs for precision cutting and engraving
Analyze blueprints and CAD drawings to create efficient laser cutting paths
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to optimize machine performance
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and production efficiency
Maintain documentation of programming processes and revisions
Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laser equipment
Train machine operators on new laser programs and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience with CNC programming and laser cutting technology
Proficiency in CAD software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in creating programs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
