Lead analysis and tracking of business and financial performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making

Design, build, and oversee dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for real-time insights

Develop and refine KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Evaluate operating processes and capabilities to assess value delivery, ROI, and opportunities for optimization

Partner with finance, operations, and project teams to align goals and drive performance improvement

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives
