Responsibilities

Drive growth of Clover Assistant-aligned PCPs across Southern New Jersey by identifying, onboarding, and enabling high-quality primary care partners
Build and execute a regional strategy to expand our MSO footprint, working closely with executive leadership, legal, and finance to structure and close strategic agreements
Own provider relationships end-to-end—from initial engagement to long-term performance management—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and shared success
Represent Clover in the market by regularly meeting with physicians, practice leaders, and healthcare stakeholders to build trust and deepen partnerships
Lead a local team focused on provider enablement and performance, ensuring providers are fully equipped to succeed in our model and delivering high-quality care to Clover members
Monitor regional performance metrics and use data to guide strategic and tactical decisions to increase Clover Assistant PCP coverage and improve clinical outcomes
Serve as the voice of the Southern New Jersey market, bringing insights and feedback from providers and practices back to internal stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership teams

Required

Extensive provider-facing experience in Southern New Jersey, with strong healthcare relationships and an understanding of the regional market landscape
At least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a background in value-based care, network development, or MSO operations
A proven track record of building partnerships, driving adoption of clinical technologies, and scaling provider engagement strategies
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams and balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day execution
Passion for improving healthcare delivery and excitement about the opportunity to transform care for Medicare patients in New Jersey
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and be energized by the challenge of building something new
