Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive demand and supply planning by developing accurate forecasts for critical dialysis products, integrating treatment volume and modality mix, monitoring supplier constraints and executing regular SIOP meetings
Partner with multiple teams to support supply chain risk management by identifying and mitigating supply chain vulnerabilities including mitigation strategies, root-cause investigations for disruptions, and field communication during supply disruptions
Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning with sourcing, finance and other departments to support product strategy, understanding treatment-driven supply needs, and strengthen supplier negotiations through forecast accuracy, demand insights, and cost-to-serve analysis
Work closely with internal data and analytics team to produce reporting that leverages treatment volumes and supplier requirements to monitor forecast accuracy, forecast compliance and ultimately presenting performance trends to leadership for improved planning accuracy and network visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience, or an MBA with background in Supply Chain
Experience in Finance, Operations and similar functions is applicable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Ability to operate Tableau (building dashboards is not required but experience is valued)
