Responsibilities
Prepare financial analysis for clients that consider their specific preferences, values, goals, and priorities with a vision to accomplish the client’s personal and financial goals
Lead client meetings with the plan to take over client relationships over time
Delegate client service and financial planning tasks to appropriate team members
Proactively communicate with clients to maintain relationships and provide excellent service
Maintain notes, tasks, and activities in Salesforce
Identify opportunities for client growth and new business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
CFP designation required
FINRA licenses, or the ability/desire to obtain
3-7 years of experience as a financial advisor/planner
Excellent communication skills and have a strong work ethic
Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client's needs and requirements
Must interact effectively with office staff and be a goal-oriented team player
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with our tech would be plus, but not required: Salesforce, eMoney, Right Capital, Holistiplan, Income Labs, Jump AI, Box
