Responsibilities

Partner with Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Health business leaders to develop detailed revenue and pricing forecasts incorporating historic, trended, and current business information
Coordinate with the Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Health Franchise Controller and Leadership Teams to identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare detailed analysis of price versus volume impact and partner with Sales Operations to develop new pricing programs and evaluate their performance
Develop market models for Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Health franchises and consolidate market models across the Division
Perform daily sales reporting and forecasting by franchise and major product to provide senior leadership with insight into sales trends and projections
Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue and gross margin financial systems, including partnering with Corporate on hierarchy changes and with FinOps on reporting
Perform or review month‑end close account reconciliations and manage revenue‑related corporate processes, including EE&O analysis and revenue inquiries and checklists
Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support critical business needs and strategic initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, or business support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to consolidate, synthesize, and report on large volumes of financial data
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and operate in a consultative capacity
Ability to work effectively in a complex, highly matrixed global organization
Proficiency in English

Preferred

Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, SAP, and Tableau
MBA or master's degree in a related field
Experience becoming a subject matter expert in financial or reporting systems
Demonstrated drive and ambition to grow into more senior finance roles within the Urology Division

Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
