Supply Chain Delivery Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo

The Supply Chain Delivery Technical Program Manager will monitor and resolve supply chain challenges, track supplier performance, and partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with program objectives.

Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve supply chain challenges, including material availability, capacity constraints, and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery
Track supplier performance to cost, quality, and schedule targets; identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program commitments
Lead supplier readiness for production by ensuring manufacturing processes, tooling, and resources are capable of meeting program requirements for large composite structures
Partner with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring supplier alignment with Amazon Leo program needs
Drive supplier improvement initiatives in yield, throughput, and cycle time, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability
Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and others
Build strong relationships with supplier leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling transparent issue resolution and alignment on program objectives
Act as the primary interface between Amazon Leo operations, engineering, and supply chain team, resolving production and technical issues to ensure reliable, on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of supply chain experience
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
