The Program Consultant will ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, focusing on developing and implementing strategies for market education related to a commercial and industrial lighting program in Oregon.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement market educational plans driven by Program objectives and market needs

Create educational and training tools and communications

Lead planning for educational and industry training events

Facilitate cross-functional coordination with multiple parties, including the Program, the Client, and market actors such as contractors, distributors and manufacturers

Required

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing educational strategies, plans, and tools

Experience planning and executing training events

Excellent communication skills

An adaptive and flexible mindset to change according to market needs

Candidates must be based in Oregon to be considered

This role will require quarterly overnight travel
