Responsibilities

Candidates will be a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization and will be part of the team to incubate, market, capture, and execute (technical, cost, and schedule) advanced programs applied to our Archer Defense portfolio

Required

6-10 years' experience in the aerospace or related field
Candidates will possess as a minimum BS engineering, computer science, physics, or math degree, MS or PhD desired
Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics); ASE, and mission systems
Operations Analysis to include numerous modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM and knowledge of domestic and international threat systems is a must
Candidates should have experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines
Candidates must be US citizens and possess or can obtain a DoD security clearance
Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine) systems, CAD, python, MATLAB
