Responsibilities

Identifies and communicates potential fraud threats to senior management, while staying current on industry trends and threats
Investigates known external/internal fraud attempts/successes and implements countermeasures to mitigate losses
Resolves outstanding client NSF up to and including client termination resulting from uncured defaults, including non-funding of monthly invoices or payroll when due in partnership with Traditional Employment Solutions (TES) Compliance
Conducts analysis and interpretation of risk criteria including client financial statements to determine ongoing customer creditworthiness and degree of risk involved in extending unsecured payment terms to prospective and existing clients
Prepares funding recommendations to management against risk criteria standards and to ensures oversight of high-risk decisions
Pursues collections of outstanding monies owed Insperity, directly with current or former clients and works with third-party collection agencies, as needed
Stays abreast of known fraud schemes, best prevention practices, and prevention education to continue to grow the fraud mitigation culture among all areas of funding
Identifies and communicates potential fraud threats to TES leadership, while staying current on industry trends and threats
Participates in all fraudulent activity investigations (check, cyber, ACH, identify) to fully understand all aspects of the attempts/successes to develop mitigating strategies to prevent future occurrences

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Economic Crime Investigation, or Business or four years of related experience is required
Three or more years of experience in Finance, Investigations, Banking, Compliance is required
