Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with C# or Python to support high-quality software releases
Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
Partner with product managers, developers, and business teams to review requirements, define test scenarios, and establish quality standards for web, mobile, and SaaS applications
Validate and test CRM ecosystems—including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365—ensuring seamless integration and cross-system reliability
Analyze and communicate test results, track defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
Continuously enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall Quality Assurance experience
2–4 years of hands-on automation experience with Playwright using C# or Python
Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust
Demonstrated expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing
Background testing web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms
