Program Manager - Crisis - Center-Based Services

Responsibilities
Drive the operational success of the crisis stabilization programs, ensuring high-quality, continuous, and integrated behavioral health care for consumers of Highlands Community Services
Provide oversight to staff in the day-to-day functions of the units and complete tasks such as chart reviews, overseeing reimbursement of services, completing insurance authorizations, maintaining consumer referral list, staff scheduling, and interacting with community partners to educate and promote positive relationships
Supervise QMHP, Clinicians, and Residential Technicians
Qualification
Required
Master's degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia or LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Active license in the state of Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT and previous or current certification as a Virginia Certified Pre-Screener
Three (3) years' clinical experience
Preferred
Experience with in-patient or 23-hour observation - crisis unit
