Manager, Data Analytics - Last Mile Delivery, Trust and Safety
Walmart Canada is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to support the Data & Analytics function within their Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety organization. The role involves managing a team of Data Analysts, executing complex analytics projects, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and belonging
Drive adoption of analytics best practices and continuous learning and improvement opportunities on the team
Independently manage and execute complex analytics projects by serving as a technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define project scope, developing contingency plans and advanced modeling approaches, assessing key risks, and communicating actionable insights
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing people / data analysts OR 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a project management/leadership role
Proficiency using SQL and other coding languages (Python, R), ETL tools (Dataiku, Tableau prep builder) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) in daily job role
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data governance, compliance, and analytics best practices
Experience with leveraging AI for data transformations and predictive analytics
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area
