Executive Vice President, Experts Division
Elevate is a law company providing software and services for the intersection of business and law. They are seeking an Executive Vice President for their Experts Division to lead growth strategies, enhance customer experiences, and foster collaboration across business units to drive profitability and market impact.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategy: Create and implement a long-term plan for the Division that aligns with overall company strategy and delivers measurable revenue, profitability, and market impact
Make data-driven decisions: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, recommend investments, and set Experts Division priorities
Identify new opportunities: Partner with Sales and Marketing to monitor trends, analyze customer needs to develop new services, and identify strategic partnerships to drive growth. Actively lead BUs in developing new and improved services that align with customer needs and market demands
Spend time with customers and prospects: Regularly and consistently spend high-quality time with customers to develop relationships and deeply understand the challenges they need to solve
Break down organizational silos: Promote collaboration between BUs and Software to innovate, automate, and AI-power Services. Partner with the corporation’s business functions to design and staff new opportunities
Enhance customer experience: Improve customer acquisition, retention, and multi-solution sales by ensuring a seamless, positive customer journey to drive brand loyalty
Oversee strategic partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture collaborations with other businesses to create mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth
Manage budget and performance metrics : Ensure BUs are achieving their financial and customer satisfaction goals; actively monitor performance and course correct quickly; and report performance to the COO and other executives
Lead Growth: Create and carry out a plan to grow the Division, making sure it fits with Elevate’s overall goals. You’ll be responsible for increasing revenue, profits, and market share
Decide With Data: Make decisions and set priorities based on data and analysis
Find New Business: Work with Sales and Marketing to spot trends, understand customer needs, and develop new services and partnerships
Build Customer Relationships: Regularly and consistently spend quality time with customers to develop relationships and deeply understand the challenges they need to solve
Encourage Teamwork: Help teams work together, especially across Business Units and with our Software teams, to create new and better services
Provide Award-Winning Customer Experience: Ensure customers have positive experiences working with Elevate, which fosters loyalty, references, and referrals
Build Partnerships: Find and grow relationships with other companies to help Elevate expand
Achieve Results: Keep track of performance and budgets, being clear-eyed to make the changes needed to meet objectives
Qualification
Required
Ability to think long-term, define a clear roadmap, and set priorities that drive sustainable growth and market leadership
Proficiency in data analysis to translate complex data sets into actionable insights that inform strategy
Lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to articulate growth strategies and build consensus
The credibility and ability to build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers
The ability to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and emerging technologies
A deep understanding of the legal industry in the areas of business operations, automating services, legal market dynamics, and revenue generation
Exhibits deep understanding of how technology underpins the delivery, scalability, and differentiation of legal services
Drives transformation initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and profitability across the organization
Drives market visibility and brand differentiation through data-driven strategies that expand customer reach and revenue growth
A proven track record in the legal industry performing senior leadership roles; extensive experience leveraging partnerships with marketing, sales, and business development functions
Track record of successfully growing a profitable business
Able to plan for the future and set clear priorities
Comfortable working with data to guide decisions
Able to inspire and lead teams and work well with people at all levels
Strong writing and speaking skills
Credibility and ability to build strong relationships with customers and prospective customers
Ready to adapt to changes in the market and technology
Deep understanding of the legal industry, especially business operations and technology
Experience leading change to make organizations more efficient and profitable
Skilled at gaining the attention of customers, educating and influencing them to buy
Senior leadership experience in the legal industry, working closely with sales and marketing
Know how technology can improve legal services, with a proven record of innovation
Preferred
MBA or JD is preferred
