Responsibilities

Serve as the owner of all accounting data within NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, controls, and alignment with GAAP and SOX standards

Partner closely with Accounting and Finance to streamline month-end processes (currently ~6–8 days) and strengthen system reliability

Lead strategy, roadmap, and enhancements for NetSuite ERP and related integrations (Celigo, retail and ecommerce platforms)

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Accounting teams to ensure seamless data flow, reporting, and audit readiness

Support continued business expansion and new retail initiatives by evolving how financial systems capture and report results

Required

7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or ERP Management

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (configuration, administration, integrations)

Strong partnership mindset with Accounting — you understand cost, controls, and reconciliation

Background that blends technical depth with Finance & Accounting acumen — you may have started as an engineer or system expert, but you speak the language of Accounting
