Required

4+ years supporting Cisco network environments, including deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco and Meraki equipment
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP required; CMNA preferred
Experience working with TCP/IP, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN concentrators, and firewalls
Security expertise with firewall configuration, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS management, and compliance with security standards
Scripting Skills in Python and PowerShell for automation of network tasks
Experience with LogicMonitor, N-Able, and ticketing systems (ConnectWise a plus)
Strong ability to resolve cabling, connectivity, and performance issues in complex environments
