They are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead their facility, focusing on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and full P&L accountability for manufacturing critical components and structural assemblies.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, direction, and vision for the Cedar City site, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and customer commitments

Own full P&L responsibility for the facility, driving profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability

Oversee manufacturing operations including sheet metal fabrication, machining, and NADCAP special processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivery

Build and lead a high-performance leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement

Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR, and customer-specific requirements while maintaining world-class quality and safety standards

Partner with Business Development and Program Management teams to strengthen customer relationships, secure new opportunities, and expand capabilities

Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and best-in-class practices

Champion talent development, workforce planning, and leadership succession to ensure organizational strength and scalability

Required

10+ years of progressive leadership in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, with proven success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs

Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership, delivering profitable growth in a competitive manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ITAR compliance frameworks

Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required
