Business Development Representative
Responsibilities
Make proactive outbound telephone calls to portfolio accounts and prospects using existing database, marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads
Manage the business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it
Convert prospects into customers and nurture relationships to drive growth of the pipeline
Create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions and bring them to closure and overcome objections through actively listening and outside the box thinking
Proactively pursue sales leads generated from a variety of sources, negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients
Present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences through various mediums
Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines
Maintain an accurate and up to date database of customers and prospects and analyze potential customers to offer products that fit their needs
Qualification
Required
Work experience in B2B sales
Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams
Minimum of a HS Diploma
Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM's
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Excel in professional communication
Demonstrated passion and skill for sales
Proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers
Commitment to working full time to meet business needs
