Account Executive
Talent Groups is a software company focused on cloud based ERP and payment solutions for local government agencies, and they are seeking an Account Executive. This role involves driving new sales opportunities and managing existing accounts while collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Drive New Logo sales and achieve quarterly and annual targets
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through consistent outreach
Conduct discovery, present product solutions, and lead demos
Respond to RFPs and lead contract negotiations
Collaborate with sales engineering, leadership, marketing, and delivery teams
Maintain accurate Salesforce records and produce reliable forecasts
Support trade shows and industry events
Manage existing accounts and identify upsell and migration opportunities
Qualification
Required
Two to four plus years of New Logo sales experience, ideally with ERP or financial software
Proven success meeting or exceeding quota
Strong discovery, presentation, and relationship building skills
Strong prospecting skills and effective time management
Experience using Salesforce
Must be willing to travel 50 percent of the time throughout Oregon and Washington
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available
