Responsibilities
Provide expert, empathetic support to users navigating bankruptcy and using Upsolve’s software
Assist users in updating their forms and addressing complexities in their cases
Review cases for completeness and alignment with Upsolve’s quality standards
Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to surface insights that drive product and workflow improvements
Qualification
Required
A demonstrated commitment to serving low-income communities or a personal connection to Upsolve's mission
Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or other client-facing legal role
Exceptional writing and analytical abilities, with a talent for explaining complex legal concepts clearly
Outstanding empathy, judgment, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus
