Responsibilities
Work directly in block and concrete production facilities to learn about daily operations
Take part in meaningful, data-driven projects such as tracking block plant production performance and analyzing downtime trends
Collaborate with plant supervisors, maintenance teams, and operations leadership to solve real challenges and optimize workflows
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in one of the following career fields: Concrete Industry Management and Operations, Human Resources – Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, Marketing – Social Media and Event Management, Accounting and Finance, Data Analysis, IT – PowerBI and Helpdesk Technician, Environmental, Health, Sustainability, and Safety, Sales and Business Development
Demonstrate a robust work ethic; be unwilling to rest on good
Exemplify honesty and integrity
Exhibit strong communication skills in various contexts
Display drive and proactively take initiative
Prioritize customer satisfaction and is service-oriented
Adaptable team player, equally comfortable collaborating or working independently
