Support the onboarding experience of new hires at Hilltop Holdings and its 3 subsidiaries
Managing the onboarding of new hires
Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal laws
Managing a team of three individual contributors performing a variety of tasks from reviewing background checks, processing I-9s and ensuring that new hires have what they need for their first day
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to provide additional support during high volume recruiting seasons
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in managing the onboarding of new hires
Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal laws
Experience managing a team
Ability to perform tasks such as reviewing background checks and processing I-9s
