Responsibilities
Lead a team of Junior Associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision in all aspects of case handling
Manage high-profile, complex cases, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed in accordance with firm guidelines
Collaborate with other senior team members to discuss case strategy, discovery, and deposition planning
Take charge of law and motion practice, settlements, and other more complex aspects of litigation
Provide leadership in client communication, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the litigation process
Assist in shaping the firm's long-term strategy for tackling cutting-edge legal issues and high-impact cases
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions
Ability to manage a team and supervise Junior Associates
Experience in case strategy, planning, discovery, depositions, settlements, and more
Leadership in client communication throughout the litigation process
Experience in law and motion practice and handling complex aspects of litigation
