Responsibilities
Implement a territory sales and service strategy with the primary objective to increase sales of Aristotle’s investment strategies
Coverage will be specific to RIAs and Banks Trust. Familiarity with turnkey asset management platforms (TAMPS) is important
Manage multi state territory with objective of maintaining a high level of client service while simultaneously growing territory assets
Ability to discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes
Travel as needed to effectively raise assets
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience
5+ years of relevant financial-services industry sales and marketing experience
Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional
Solid, consistent, and progressive work history
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background
Series 6 or 7
Series 63 or 66
Clean U4/5
Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds
Proactive phone work
Proven track record of success in managing multi state, multi strategy sales territory
Face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience
Knowledge driven consultative sales process
Preferred
Advanced/Master's degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA)
Existing relationships within the RIA and Bank Trust channels
Familiarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database
