Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations for new and existing roles

Maintain job architecture, including job families, job codes, and grade levels

Support the annual compensation cycles

Conduct analyses related to pay equity, compression, hiring ranges, and internal alignment

Assist in building compensation tools and process documentation

Perform ad hoc analyses to support organizational initiatives

Assist with reviewing compensation practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, pay transparency regulations, and company philosophy
